Come to the Unknown World Conditions and Terms

OVERVIEW:

Object of the event. The object of the campaign is to create a Facebook or Twitter post of an Unknown World design by PixCut, and invite your family and friends to sign up PixCut.

EVENT PERIOD:

The invited new users who sign up after 10th September and via invite link will be counted as valid. The submission and Inviting will end at 11:59:59 p.m. on October 10th, 2021. Pacific Time (“PT”)； The winners of the event will be announced around October 15th, 2021. Pacific Time (“PT”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to residents from all around the world who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER TO SHARE THE PRIZE POOL

1. Upload a photo of you with the match pose by clicking the Upload button;

2. Pick your favorite Unknown World template and download the final design;

3. Download and Share your final design to your Facebook/Twitter (Sign-up or login will be required) with your exclusive invite link;

4. The exclusive invite link will be automatically generated after downloading the final design. Each link for a different participant is different and unique according to the PixCut account;

5. The FB/TW post should be kept live until 11:59:59 p.m. on October 20th, 2021. Pacific Time (“PT”).

6. The final prize pool will be shared by the top 5 participants by the ranking of the number of invited new users. The first place who invites the largest number of new users will get 50% of the final prize pool, the second place will get 20% of the final prize pool, the third place will get 15%, the fourth place will get 10%, the fifth one will get 5%.

7. If there is a tie among more than 2 participants about the invited new users, who invited the same number of new users earlier wins.

8. If there is any fraud including but not limited to sign up with temporary or fake emails, and hacking, the submission from the participant(s) would be canceled. Also, legal action will be pursued

A Facebook/Twitter post would be considered to be valid if it has

1. Your Unknown World design including a photo of you;

2. @Wondershare PixCut in your post;

3. Your exclusive invite link;

The PixCut team will review the by 11:59:59 p.m. on October 15th, 2021. Pacific Time (“PT”). The winners will be announced here on the PixCut official FB/Twitter.

*Any personal information collected from the entrant(such as the email address, name/nickname, photograph, etc.) will be used according to the privacy policy described at https://www.wondershare.com/privacy.html and will not be sold in any manner. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the giveaway is prohibited.

PRIZES:

Grand Prize (1 User): 50% of the final prize pool

Second Prize (1 User): 20% of the final prize pool

Third Prize (1 User): 15% of the final prize pool

Fourth Prize (1 User): 10% of the final prize pool

Fifth Prize (1 User): 5% of the final prize pool

WINNER SELECTION

Winners of these prizes will be based on TWO PARTS. The first one is based on how many users you invite to sign up PixCut via your exclusive invite link, and the other one is posting a valid Facebook or Twitter post including all the info mentioned above.

*All the cash amounts are awarded by gift cards instead. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Wondershare Technology reserves the right to substitute any prize or prizes with a similar prize of equal cash value. Prizes are not transferable.

The final interpretation right of this event belongs to the WonderShare PixCut team.

Potential winners will be notified by email on or about October 15th, 2021. Any entrant selected to receive a prize who does not reply via email within three (3) business days of the notification being sent will have their entry canceled and a second entrant will be selected. If the second entrant selected does not reply by email within three (3) business days following the second selection, their entry will be canceled and a third entrant will be reached under the same conditions. In the event the third entrant cannot be reached, the prize will not be awarded.

Accept the prize as described in these rules. Prizes cannot be transferred to another individual, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for money or any other consideration unless specified above. Prizes cannot be shared on the Internet for money or any other consideration.

Prior to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to provide a valid photo ID and to sign a release form releasing Wondershare Technology and its related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the prize, confirming compliance with the Contest rules and consenting to the use of his or her name and photograph, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Wondershare Technology and/or its advertising and promotional agencies. If the winner is under the age of majority, the winner’s parent or guardian shall sign a release form on behalf of the winner. The signed form must be received by Wondershare Technology within three (3) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Should the potential winner (or any other alternate potential winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Wondershare Technology shall have no further obligation to that potential Winner, and an alternate potential winner will be selected if time permits.

All participants must abide by the Contest Rules and Regulations. Wondershare Technology reserves the right to amend or change the Contest Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against Wondershare Technology, its consultants, or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellations, or terminations. By entering the event, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of Wondershare Technology, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for use in promotional material by Wondershare Technology, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded. By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of Wondershare Technology. Wondershare Technology reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant which it has grounds to believe (a) tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violated the Contest Rules and Regulations; (c) violated the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of Wondershare Technology, or (d) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

Wondershare Technology is not responsible for participants who are not able to use any of the resources of the limitations of their computers. Wondershare Technology is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of entries in the contest. Wondershare Technology assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Wondershare Technology is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials from Fotophire Online.

These Rules and Regulations shall be governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be submitted to Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration for arbitration with its effective rules and no other court anywhere else.
